How the Capital Is Structured
Aligned Incentives,
Shared Risk
Depending on the engagement, TexInvestCo may fund the Murkez teams deployed during an agreed build phase. Participation may include equity and, where appropriate, convertible debt. Any working-capital contribution is separately agreed.
This keeps incentives aligned, shares risk, and ties our outcomes to the founder's success, under terms agreed for each engagement.
Where agreed as part of the engagement, TexInvestCo absorbs the cost of the Murkez teams deployed during the agreed build phase if the build does not move forward. If it succeeds, TexInvestCo participates in the upside through the agreed ownership or investment structure.
